(lo) suficientemente

Hi everyone

What's the rule for when to use "lo suficientemente" in sentence to mean "[adjective] enough" and when to use "suficientemente" on its own? I always seem to get it wrong without knowing why.

For example, why is "lo" used in the following sentences:

Whereas "lo" not appear in these sentences.

Thanks

In this case, the pronoun "lo" is just some sort of emphasis; for me, both forms, "lo suficientemente" and "suficientemente" are interchangeable.
