Tu culpa / culpa tuya

Esto es una cuestión de uso... (no sé si me he equivocado de sitio en el fórum...)

En cualquier caso mi pregunta es la siguiente.

Yo siempre he dicho "es culpa tuya"... no "es tu culpa"... Sin embargo, a algunos amigos mexicanos les he oído esta segunda forma...

¿Es esto lo más normal en México, Chile, Argentina, Uruguay, Perú, Ecuador, Colombia, Cuba... etc., Filipinas...? ¿Las otras Españas?

Cualquier punto de vista y datos sobre el tema serán de agradecer...

No. Puedes escuchar decir ambas: no es tu culpa que.... o no es culpa tuya que...

Aunque puede que una se use un millón de veces y la otra un millón una vez.

Yo creo que en México depende de lo que quieras enfatizar: la culpa ("es su culpa") o de quién ("es culpa suya"). A los mexicanos normalmente no nos gustan las confrontaciones directas, así que probablemente "culpa suya" se use un poco menos.
