- El casado casa quiere.
- Cada uno en su casa y Dios en la de todos.

Housebound = homebound = being confined to the house all day
confinado en casa

Homebound can also mean that you're heading home, as in de camino a casa.

postrado en cama

Y puedes añadir por la enfermedad, por la vejez, a causa del accidente, etc.
