Jooooo, no sé como explicarlo sin herir sensibilidades. Si alguien quiere que le arreglen el cuerpo, quiere decir que le peguen una buena f******. Ya sé que es un poco verde, pero también forma parte del lenguaje.

sí más o menos, pero no hay algún idiom como Fix my body or something like that, I guess not.

hahhahhaa, that ´s fun, we also say something similar in Spanish, limpiar la pipa or el fúsil. ( only between family)
