¿Majado? Yo diría "picada": una picada de ajo y perejil. ¿Es del norte eso de "majado"? (no es que no te entienda, porque sé qué significa majar, pero el sustantivo "majado" por "picada" nunca lo había oído).

Tal vez son dos cosas distintas. ¿Puede que en la majada se machuca el ajo picado con el dorso de la cucharra formando una pasta con el perejil?

No sé pero cocino de vez en cuando y a veces preparo un sofrito con ajo
picado y a veces con ajo machucado y los resultados son distintos.

I would agree with Pericles about majada but I say crushed garlic and parsley intead of a mash of garlic and parsley, but would certainly understand what he's talking about. Chopped garlic and parsley is how I would translate picada de ajo y perejil.

Será del norte, pero al lubina con majado de ajo y perejil está deliciosa, goglealo si quieres.
