Turismo vs. turismo
Is it necessary to use a capital letter for ‘turismo’ when it is referred to as an academic subject?
Quiero estudiar Turismo e inglés. |

Not sure if it's strictly necessary, but you might also consider using the article.
"Quiero estudiar el turismo y el inglés."

I agree with Julvenzor about the article.
But the capital letter should be there because it's the name of the subject, even though it's common to find written texts that won't use it. (Take a look here.) So "quiero estudiar Turismo e Inglés".

Thanks for the correction on the article.
Also thanks for the link concerning capitalization. Very interesting. For religions, the deity and holy books are capitalized, but the name of the religion is not. For places/countries, the place or country is capitalized, but the language and nationality are not. Sounds like a mine field for the Spanish student. Thanks!
