two storied building which is the house I live....
(dos piso edifico que la casa vivo.... -- somethine like that)

exhaust fan
soft toys
wet grinder (a kind of grinder used to make batter from cereals like rice and lentils)

Two storied building = edificio de dos pisos
exhaust fan = habanico de exrtacción
wet grinder = trapiche / molinillo manual para cereales (I am not completely sure of this, but I think you would be understood if you used it)
soft toys(if you mean stuffed animals that children play with)= animales de peluche

PS according to RAE a rice mill = molino arrocero
