Checklist translation
At the place I work we have a shortage of Spanish speakers at times so I'm trying to learn Spanish to fill in for emergencies.
On part of my jobs calls for us going through a checklist that we read to vendor's that call in and we either allow them to secure the property or not depending on the answers. I figure I can jump into that first and then expand outwards. Here are the first 10 questions with translations via google. I'd deeply appreciate any help you can give! 1. Thank you for calling this is Marco Speaking may I have your Work Order number please? 2. What is your Work order type? 3. May I have your name, please? A. ¿Puedo dar su nombre, por favor? 4. What number should I call you back at should we get disconnected? 5. May I have your vendor code, please? 6. What is the property address? 7. Is your checklist complete? A. ¿Es su lista completa? 8. Are you currently at the property? A. ¿Está en la propiedad? 9. Did you send in your photos by photo direct? A. ¿Enviar tus fotos por foto directa? 10. Is there a Lockbox on the property? Just number any corrections you come up with. THAK YOU! Last edited by Rusty; October 06, 2017 at 09:42 AM. Reason: removed references to company name |

Hi Mark,
You cannot count on machine translations, especially when the source contains trade names and poor grammar, punctuation or misspellings. That is why some of your English has been corrected. Note that all communication with the person on the phone should be done using the same person (second person, formal). There may be other corrections that I've missed. Quote:

The next day after this my mother wound up getting hospitalized for a brain injury. It was a long recovery process so I put this on the EXTREME back burner. Let me say how grateful I am and I will be back to this now that she's better.
You rock! |

@ Rusty
