"¿Cómo estás sintiendo?" doesn't make much sense. "¿Cómo te sientes?" is a clearer sentence.

As Malila says, ¿Cómo te sientes? = How do you feel? / How are you feeling?

How are you feeling? - Como te estas sintiendo?

How do you feel? - Como te sientes?

How does it feel?

In Spain we would say ¿Cómo te encuentras?

i really don't understand why como estas sintiendo doesn't make sense it does not break any rules it makes more sense than como te sientes although i know como te sientes is more common but como te sientes really means how do you feel i just think that como estas sintiendo would make more sense i know they say you can't compare the languages but in english when you meet someone you don't say how do you feel you say how are you feeling would it be different in spanish i think como estas sintiendo or como te estas sintiendo just makes more sense but would it be different in spanish

Cada idioma tiene sus cosas. Qué crees que pensé yo cuando empecé a estudiar inglés y la primera frase que aprendí fue: "How do you do?", que significa "¿Cómo haces tú hacer"?

When you study a language you have to think in these language, youn mustn't translate always because you could go mad.

¿Como estas sintiendo..........

needs more information. It seems to be the beginning of a question which doesn't seem to have the object of something that is happening right at that moment.

For example,

Refrescante o escalofriante?

Or something similar.
