Which is correct?

Yo jugué con mi gato hoy
Tú jugaste con su gato hoy
Ella jugó con su gato hoy
Nosotros jugamos con su gato hoy
Vosotros jugasteis con su gato hoy
Ustedes jugaron con su gato hoy

Or

Yo jugué con mi gato hoy
Tú jugaste con tu gato hoy
Ella jugó con su gato hoy
Nosotros jugamos con nuestro gato hoy
Vosotros jugasteis con vuestro gato hoy
Ustedes jugaron con su gato hoy

Or can be both be used?

You can use any... it only depends on whose cat you're talking about.
"Su" is only for third person, both singular and plural, so the cats in "tú jugaste con tu gato" and "tú jugaste con su gato", belong to different persons.
