Subjunctive or Future
If I want to say I estimate that there will be 1000 books in my house in ten years would I just subjunctive: Yo estimo que haya mil libros en mi casa en diez años. Or would I use the future: Yo estimo que habrá mil libros en mi casa en diez años. I would appreciate any help!

Nothing in your sentence needs the subjunctive. "Estimar que" is built with the indicative, so "habrá" is the correct conjugation.
