La, las or el

I translated the sentence "Buy the license of the software." into Spanish, but I don't know which of the following translations is correct? Thanks!

1. Comprar la licencia de el software.

2. Comprar las licencia de el software.

3. Comprar la licencia del software.

Number 3 is correct.

la = the for a singular, feminine noun

licencia is a singular feminine noun

de+el becomes del in usage.
