Vi un meme que dice "Por amor de Dios, saquen la peda". Que significa "la peda"?

Hacer disponible con qué emborracharse. "Bring the booze" or something like that.
Please note that this is vulgar slang.

Pedo -> borracho (drunk)
Peda -> borrachera (drunkenness, or in this case, something to get drunk with)
Empedarse -> emborracharse (to get drunk)

By the way, the man in the picture is José José, a Mexican singer who had been famous for his alcoholism when he was young and successful.

Sí, ahora ya le veo el sentido. En el sur de España no hablamos de "pea" para expresar "sacar bebidas alcohólicas", sino que lo usamos para exclamaciones como "¡vaya pea tiene!".

No era el significado habitual. Las nuevas generaciones tienen sus propios códigos y los coloquialismos son donde primero se nota. :-)
