Sorry I didn´t give an example. Saberselas todas is for example, in Spain, many people use it when talking about immigrants, they know everything about social help. Another context would be when it´s difficult to deceive sb because he or she se la sabe todas. Is the one you put the equivalent.?

E.g. Immigrants know all the ins and outs of the Spanish social security system.

(¡Ojalá! Me gustaría tener tarjeta SIP permanente).

Dan una tarjeta temporaria pero luego tienes que esperar la permanente. Parece que el tiempo que tienes que esperar es una lotería de código postal (sí así se dice en español - he traducido literalmente del inglés).

Se dice temporal. Lo de lotería de código de postal no te entiendo majo. Pero solemos decir, es una lotería. Pues que lentorros son els valencias.
