Lean
How would you say:
lean forward:¿ incliner? lean back:¿ recliner? How would you say to run efficiently, it's best to lean in. Leaning backwards or running straight will tire you and slow you down. Para correr eficientamente es major incliner. Si corre recto o reclinado se cansa rápido in diminua su velocidad Lean on?

"Inclinar(se)": To bend, to tilt
To lean on/against something may be said with "apoyar(se)"/"recargar(se)" · Apoya tu cabeza en mi hombro.
