Los que no son de paso

I came across this phrase and can't quite figure it out. I could guess that it means popular, but I am not sure.

Also: barras de bar. Does anyone have a translation?

sosia has a spectacular aura aboutsosia has a spectacular aura about
"los que no son de paso"
"estoy de paso" I'm not from this place, it only happens I'm here now. Example: bussinesss men, hired people, workers who build a house and so. So we can call them "visiting people"
"los que no son" the people who are not

together "los que no son de paso": the people who are not visiting the city now
It means the local people, the people who are born there or lives since time ago.
Also people who feels this place as his home.

barras de bar : bar desk, bar counter (plural)

saludos
