Tuvieran or tuvieron?

Hola a tod@s!

no habria taxistas

aseos del Alhambra a Granada

It looks grammatically correct to me. It is tuvieran, an imperfect subjunctive expressing an allegedly hypothetical situation.

You don't really expect accents in graffiti do you? Anyway - I said the sentence was grammatically correct, and accents are part of spelling.

Well... in Spanish, when you capitalize something, you emphasize and/or make it an "absolute" like, "verdad" and "Verdad"... Well, the same with the P.

Probably the cab drivers there don't have a very good image... (or someone was not happy with the fare...)
