Agudiza el oído y notarás que hay una /s/, aspirada, sí, pero no deja de ser un alófono de la /s/. En otros lugares se elide, pero en España, cuando no se pronuncia correctamente, se aspira.

Si, esa frase fue escrita en un acento que mezcla elementos españoles, andinos y cubanos.
