About time

¿Cómo se dice..?

"It's about time they gave them some books to take home. In my mind they should have been given books to read during the last few years/ from the infants." (At school)

"Ya es hora de que les dan unos libros para llevar a casa. En mi opinión les deberían haber dado libros durante los ultimos años/ desde infantil."
