If you could provide more context for both phrases, it would help us give a better translation.

'Keep on closing' can be translated as mantenga cerrando or continúe cerrando.
The second phrase doesn't make sense as written. If it were changed to 'keep on closing it,' that could be translated as mantenga cerrándolo or continúe cerrándolo.

I agree with Rusty that it's hard to translate without more context, so if you could use these words in a sentence, that would help.

That being said, here's an option:

to keep on closing something
seguir/continuar cerrando algo
estar cerrando algo continuamente

to keep on closing it
seguir/continuar cerrándolo
