Qué listo soy!

Qué significa "Qué listo soy!", la frase es "Oye! Se me acaba de ocurrir una idea fantástica. Qué listo soy!"

Thanks so much, just found out how to insert inverted exclamation point into MS Word, but it seems not working here, how do I insert inverted exclamation point here?
ps: I'm using Portuguese keyboard and Windows 8.1, so the way to insert is Alt + Ctrl + Shift + 1 = ¡ Alt + Ctrl + Shift + / = ¿, but this trick does not work here. I saw that there is an accents input on top of the typing screen, is this the only way or there's another way?

I use the Accents drop-down menu, but there are other ways mentioned here.

Those keyboard combinations are specific to MS Word; they do not work in other programs unless the program developers designed their user input system the same way.

This thread presents many of the ways one can use to type the special characters for Spanish.
