Creer a pies juntillas?

What do you think corresponds to this in English?

"beyond the shadow of a doubt?"

Creer a pies juntillas

Blind faith / blind belief
Child-like faith

The second option, "child-like faith" goes well with the origins of the term "creer a pies juntillas", which comes from a child's game where there are squares chalked on the pavement, and you have to jump from square to square blindfolded, and you must follow the indications of another child to stay in the squares.

Carlos Rivera lo pone así:
Quote:
I don't know if I like the option "beyond a shadow of a doubt", because "creer a pies juntillas" to me talks about a naïve, unfounded belief (but complete 100% belief) in someone/something.

What do you think? <creer a pie juntillas> <blind faith>

Also used in Spain "meter las manos en el fuego"

Thanks for your support

Creo que también sería algo similar a "to stick your neck out for someone".

Marsopa, Carlos Rivera, the one I quoted, is a Spanish writer. There's also a Mexican singer called Carlos Rivera.
