Just a side note on "suspense": in México, the preferred word is "suspenso".

Por cierto, en México, los fragmentos de una película para promoverla se llaman "cortos" o "avances", aunque la última moda es llamarlos "tráiler", como en inglés, ignorando el hecho de que un "tráiler" sea más bien un camión de remolque.
¿Cómo se les llama en otros países?

Aquí se les llama también tráiler, como el del camión. El avance ya casi no se oye...
