¿Qué puede significar "condenado/a" en este caso?

Los significados posibles que encuentro para condenado/condenada son 'convict' (sentenciado/a después de ser declarado/a culpable de cometer algún crimen), 'prisoner' (prisionero/a) y 'damned soul' (alma destinado al infierno por sus pecados durante la vida). Puede que algún amigo de un país hispanoparlante nos diga de otro significado más figurativo.

Es de una telenovela estadounidense pero producido y filmado en Sinaloa, México. El actor también es del norte. Me parece que también debe tener significaciones regionales.

"Condenado", como adjetivo, se usa coloquialmente en México para hablar suavemente de alguien "malvado" o que sientes que te ha hecho alguna clase de daño.

- El condenado radio no prende.
The darn radio won't work.

- Ese condenado es muy listo.
That rascal is really smart.

- ¡Se me escapó la condenada araña!
Darn spider, it ran away!

- Es muy guapa (reteguapa) la condenada.
She's such a pretty thing.


* "Re", "rete", "requete", are prefixes that mean "muy".

En España también se utiliza. Diría que podría considerarse un adjetivo sustantivizado para referirnos a un sujeto cualquiera con una característica destacable, sirve pues para potenciar la expresión y los adjetivos anexos.

No, ninguno. Solamente caigo en comentarle que se recomienda emplear "deber de" cuando desea expresar una suposición y "deber", a secas, para manifestar alguna obligatoriedad.
