Irse a alguien

Hola , he visto unas frases así

"Se me va el alma al escucharla"
"Se me va la voz"

No entiendo, ¿es parecido a "venir a alguien"?

Rusty has a spectacular aura aboutRusty has a spectacular aura about
irse = to leave

se me va la voz = my voice is leaving me (my voice is going)
se me va el alma = my soul is leaving me (my soul leaps out) when I listen to her

Írsele algo a alguien = escapársele algo a alguien -> something going away from someone.

Se me va el alma al escucharla -> My soul flies away from me when I see her (because of fear, fascination or any other strong emotion).
Se me va la voz -> My voice escapes me (I have a hoarse throat)

¿Por qué llegaste tarde? ¿se te fue el autobús?
Why did you arrive late? Did you miss the bus?

He forgot what he was saying.

The parrot escaped when I opened the cage.

Edit: Rusty beat me to reply, but some more examples might be useful.
