In airplane I can to see the clouds.

But in airplane I'm unsure, as you have seen the airplanes turning to fall with they have fails.

En España es incorrecto decir "arriba de", hay que decir "encima de":

En un avión puedes volar (por) encima de las nubes.

Las nubes, femenino

Puedes decir: estoy volando sobre / encima de / por encima de las nubes. También puedes "sobrevolar".
