Shell game

So in this game there is the dealer (the guy who moves the shells and takes the money) and the shill ( the guy who is in on it and pretends to be a winner in order to attract an audience and perhaps get a sucker to place a bet).
Does anyone know the terms in Spanish for shill, dealer, and sucker.
Is the word for sucker in this sense, el pringado, cabeza de turco? It seems close but wrong to me

In Chile the "shill" would be the "palo blanco"

shill: gancho (literally "hook", because he fish the sucker), cómplice (accomplice)
sucker: víctima, incauto (unwary), inocente, pringado (lit:the one wich gets soaked)
RAE
Quote:
trile. (Del mapuche trili).
1. m. Chile.

Gracias Sosia.
