Buenas.... me llamo BreathAliento
Hi I'm Lisa working on becoming more fluent. Mi forma de hablar es muy basico. Le digo a mi esposo hablarme como si soy una nina de 5-8 anos porque en Espanol realmente yo soy. I understand him pretty well but still have to ask for repeats to comprehend deep info. Reading is easiest to understand, hearing & music next, writing is last and very hard. It doesn't bother me as much to speak poorly as one can move on or become distracted by the next thought and I am usually understood, though not correct. Writing on the other hand is permanent and for me leaves a longer impression. When I see my writing in Spanish I know it is not correct but don't know how to fix it.
I don't mind being corrected and explained, but I find much of the information here is very deep grammatically. Grammar is way above my head. The most basic explanation will help me the most. But I will try to take in any and all information to improve.
Creo que voy concentrar en dichos y idioms just because that is what I have been able to relate best to so far. Spanglish is going to be my weakness simply because that's whats around me outside the house.
Hubby is Salvadorean so there are many word changes brought to my attention but I would like to try writing for a universal Spanish audience it that is even plausible.
Thank you in Advance. Bendicions a todos Y Gracias!
