Just okay, alright, I've been better

I've just started learning Spanish and wonder how I can answer someone when they ask me ¿Como estás? when I'm just okay, or alright. In Portuguese, a simple answer would be mais ou menos. Is it the same in Spanish? Más o menos?

Thank you
