Can't seem to find the right word
Hey there everyone, I can't seem to find the right word to use for "standing" in this sentence. I hope you can help me. It reads like this:
The victim has standing to assert the rights enumerated in subsection (a) in any coourt exercising jurisdiction over the case. Thank you! |

Another place mentions tener capacidad procesal or tener legitimación.

Find an English synonym for standing, and see if there is a good Spanish translation for it.
like qualification
