Yes, it's used in Spain; its meaning is "todo el mundo", "todos".

I think that QUISQUE is Latin for everybody,Who-so-ever. Cada uno o cada cual.
Pero la ortografía española ha cambiado. Se escibe hoy día QUISQUI
