Mucho/Mucha

I ran across this sentence today:

"Jennifer tiene diecisiete años también, pero ella es mucho más organizada."

Why is it mucho and not mucha? It seems like it should be feminine since we're talking about "ella."

In this sentence, "mucho" is an adverb of intensity modifying "más", which is an adverb of degree modifying the adjective "organizada", which agrees with "ella". Adverbs are invariable.
