Sí, supongo que lo mejor es usar las mismas cucharas (o las mismas proporciones) o usar las cucharas estándar.

En cuanto a libros más modernos, sí tengo uno que mide los ingredientes menores, por decirlo así, en porcentajes. 0,35% de agar-agar, por ejemplo.
