I believe any of these sentences would work:

There are probably many other ways to say it.

Rusty, the last sentence you wrote, should read: A él no le importa lo que te pase.

Agree with Rusty. I would use the first one. You can also say
You use "a él" (usually skipped) to give more emphasis.(It's like the last one from Rusty)
greetings
PD: Again, I write slow...

Gracias chicos! (Thanks guys! Is it well said in Spanish?)

"The truth is..."
Te lo digo de verdad "I assure you it's true"/ " I say it sincerely"
Te lo digo de veras (same)
"En verdad os digo......"

RAE
de ~.
1. loc. adv. Con verdad.
2. loc. adv. Con formalidad, eficacia o empeño.
hablar alguien de ~.
1. loc. verb. coloq. Comenzar a enfadarse.

The last one it's to be used when somebody it's not taking you seriously

Some people are accurate enough to say:
A -Mi tía me dijo que me iba a desheredar
B - ¿Lo dijo de verdad? (=¿es cierto que lo dijo?)
o B - ¿Lo dijo de veras? (=¿lo dijo en serio?)

but this is an exception you must choose contextually was is he asking
greetings

Granted that my English is much better than my Spanish, but I do communicate in Spanish over here and am well understood.
