Good job, David. I've been asking some Spaniards today and none of them knew what it meant either...Only one of them was able to tell me and she was a friend of Alfonso's... So maybe it's something they say in his "pueblo"...

En el video está claro lo que es un globo, y un pedo... Creo que son expresiones algo vulgares, sobre todo la última, que sólo se utilizan en España.

En México tambien se usa la palabra, aunque vulgar, "pedo" para indicar que la persona está embriagada/borracha.

El vecino estaba bien pedo anoche.
The neighbor was really drunk las night.

or

Me puse una peda bien buena la semana pasada.
I got real drunk last week.
