Hacer aguas

"Está haciendo aguas" literalmente sería "it's sinking" o "it's shipping water", y creo que el metáfora sirve para un matrimonio. Pero si buscas alternativas quizás más comunes:

Their marriage is in trouble.
Their marriage is on the rocks.
Their marriage is falling apart.
Their marriage is going down the drain/tubes.

Igual al español se puede decir springing a leak para algunas circunstancias como un matrimonio fallando. En un matrimonio volvió mal hay un dicho muy específico tambien: there's trouble in Tahiti.

Maybe you can interpret that phrase as.
A marry in fast falling.
