Bueno, eso son sutilezas del idioma. Yo lo he visto de las tres maneras. Quizá es más formal "de pleno derecho" y se usa más. "Con pleno derecho" también lo he visto habitualmente (con pleno derecho de voz y voto, por ejemplo). "En pleno derecho quizá" sea menos habitual. Pero creo que son sutilezas que no tienen excesiva importancia (es mi opinión )

Otra cosa es que digas: En Chile están "en pleno" verano. Pero eso ya es otra cosa.

I think you can say on the "contrary from here", but, as your instincts told you, it's a little awkward . More often you may hear
"They're the opposite of us. It's spring here and autumn there"
or "here it's spring and there it's autumn"
