El que no hac√*a una salsa...

Hola!

Tengo el siguiente contexto:

"Me fui a la cocina, y me qued√© viendo visiones. Cinco o seis hombres con delantal y cocinando. El que no hac√*a una salsa vigilaba unas cazuelas y el que no preparaba unas ensaladas."

La ultima oraciόn me parece incomprensible. Me da la impresi√≥n de que sea incompleta ¬ŅAcaso puede aydarme entender qu√© quiere decir?

Las oraciones est√°n completas.



Es cierto que en el uso com√ļn, se esperar√*a "y el que no preparaba unas ensaladas, hac√*a la sopa" o algo similar. Pero como la construcci√≥n implica que todos estaban haciendo algo en la cocina, "el que no hac√*a una salsa" se aplica por extensi√≥n a aqu√©llos que o bien vigilaban unas cazuelas o bien preparaban unas ensaladas (y hasta el que no se menciona, que hac√*a la sopa).

Por cuesti√≥n de estilo, yo habr√*a dicho "el que no hac√*a una salsa, vigilaba cazuelas y el que no, preparaba ensalada(s)"

A veces es v√°lido ahorrarse unas comas, pero es verdad que aqu√* el sentido se vuelve confuso.
