Do/make the registration

Situation:

At college/university, before the start of term, students are required, in turn according to their year, to choose, or vie to choose, the courses they want to study in that term. What is this act called?:

1. We need to do the registration.
2. We need to make the registration.
3. We need to do the enrolment.
4. We need to make the enrolment.
