From the movie "El Crimen del Padre Amaro"

Padre Amaro: "Te pueden suspender. La excomunión tal vez."
Padre Natalio: "No, dile al Obispo que digo que no. Que le haga
como se le hinchen."

The sentence in italics? "Let him do.....?????"

Thanks

...as he likes/wants.

"Hinchársele la gana (or a bad word) a alguien" is to do as he/she pleases.

"Hacerle como (alguien) quiera" means that no matter what someone will do, if it depends on me, nothing is going to change.

The whole sentence means "The bishop can do whatever he wants, I don't care".
