Talking about a House, client

Gracias.

...Sir... (no sé el nombre)

The property you are interested in it's on perfect conditions, unocupped and ready to be habitated. It's located in the best zone of Barrio Parque* XXXXXX (a beautiful residencial neighborhood), that is the best place of XXXXX's City. You can find a peatonal and comercial street three blocks away. It has two floors**. In the first one you can find a hall, a living room, one big kitchen with dining room***, one spacious dormitory with parquet floor and a garage. In the second floor you have another dormitory with parket floor, a dressing room, bathroom and terrace. It don't have free TERRENO, but if you want you can improve the house by doing on the second floor a big suite dormitory using the terrace space, and because of the excellent zone where the house is located, all the investements are recuperated DOS VECES. The owners mantain that price (....), but you should see the house first and after that you can discuss the price with them. If you want to visit it, or send someone you know here in Argentina to see it, we can arrange an apointment, I'll need telephone numbers to contact and arrange the appointment.
