¿Cómo quiere su bife/churrasco/filete?
¿Cómo lo quiere?

bien cocido/bien hecho (well done)
término medio (medium)
poco cocido/poco hecho (medium to rare)
apenas cocido (rare)

My mom liked it rare, but it's so infrequent here -and I supposed in most Spanish speaking world- that she used "mugiendo" (mooing), otherwise she got it medium.
