¿Se usa "celulario"?

Hola,
Pensaba que "celulario" fue muy común para decir "cell phone" pero la mayoría de los diccionarios no lo menciona. Una busqueda por internet sugiere que se usa en portugés, pero que es muy poco común en español. ¿Es verdad?

Mira lo que el RAE dice:

celulario, ria.
1. adj. Compuesto de muchas celdillas o células.


Ni tenía idea que la palabrita esa existía, pero al momento de leerla, me dije que tenía que ser una especie de lugar donde se depositan células o teléfonos celulares.

Bueno, gracias ¿Hay una manera, más corta, para decir 'teléfono celular'? Ésta palabra me parece muy largo y formal, como "cellular telephone" en inglés. No se usa "cellular telephone" en la conversacíon normal. ¿Se usa 'teléfono celular'?
