Holoa a todos

Una pregunta ¿Cómo se sabe cuando se usa estar o ser en esas frases?

"It would be good to do it"

"Sería genial hacerlo"
"Estaría bien hacerlo"
"Sería bueno hacerlo"

¿La palabra "genial" es siempre con "sería"?
¿La palabra "bien" es siempre con "estaría?
¿La palabra "bueno" es siempre con "seria"?

Me podeis corregir las frases que he escrito y explicame si hay una norma

Hola:

Sería genial hacerlo./ Estaría genial hacerlo. (por acá se usan las dos)
Estaría bien hacerlo.
Sería bueno hacerlo./ Estaría bueno hacerlo. (por acá se usan las dos)

Con estaría suena más informal. Pero las diferencias pueden ser muy sutiles, se necesitaría mucho más contexto para recomendar una u otra.
