No se andan con chiquitas

Andarse con chiquitas quiere decir que son bastante estrictos, they are very strict, for example "hacienda in Spain" if you don´t pay your income tax the 3oth of June, they no se andan con chiquitas and charge you 5 % of the whole amount. DOes anybody know how to say it in ENglish?

They don't let you slip by.
They're all business.
They don't mess around.
