Lean

How would you say:
lean forward:¿ incliner?
lean back:¿ recliner?
How would you say to run efficiently, it's best to lean in. Leaning backwards or running straight will tire you and slow you down.
Lean on?

"Inclinar(se)": To bend, to tilt

"Reclinar(se)" -> The thing has to lean on something

To lean on/against something may be said with "apoyar(se)"/"recargar(se)"

Thanks for your help. Most of my misspellings were due to s spell checker that is English-oriented and often betrays me.
