Panama Canal

¡Che! Este video es fascinante. Me pregunto por que ellos usan esclusas (locks?) ¿Si nivel del mar no cambia nunca? ¿A ellos no pueden cortar a la tierra y hacen un rio, ese es llano? (no esclusas)

Se necesitan las esclusas para elevar las naves al mismo nivel de las aguas que tienen que navegar para pasar al otro lado del país. El canal de Panamá y el lago Gatún no se encuentran al mismo nivel del mar.
