Use of Subjunctive

Los colegios que ‘decidan’ incorporar la práctica deberán correr con los gastos que esta implique: nevera, microondas y monitores.

¿El uso del subjuntivo es incorrecto aquí? ¿No debería ser el indicativo ‘deciden’?

The sentence is correctly written. It's about a future event which may not occur in the author's mind. Since it is hypothetical, the subjunctive is used.
