I corrected your thread title to 'Soy nueva'. You should use 'ser' instead of 'estar' in this case and, since you're a girl, your adjective needs to agree with your gender. (Your member ID should also agree with your gender. Eres novata. )

I think "necesito un amigo para hablando contigo" should rather be "necesito un amigo para hablar con él" or perhaps "necesito un amigo que hable conmigo".
