Puede ser una cuestión de matices regionales, pero en México suena equivocado "dijo lo mismo como María".

I am not sure how is it that you are looking at the English version but:

"She has said the same, more or less as what Maria said" = (Ella) ha dicho lo mismo, más o menos como María (lo) dijo.
